Please note we only offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returned items. Made to order items are exchange only and non refundable.
Our Store Credits have no expiration date so don't worry, you can take your time until you find your perfect item online.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please email us at email@example.com and a member of staff will assist you with our address.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require you to include your full name/address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Any items with a manufacturing fault may be returned at owners discretion, however, all orders returned for being faulty will be inspected for any tampering by three separate members of staff.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will send a replacement item or a store credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/bank card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To return your product for an exchange, you should message CMODEOFFICIAL via email@example.com.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel Pre Ordered Items, these are applicable for exchange or store credit purposes once received. Pre Order items can take upto 15 Business days in production (this excludes Bank holidays, Weekends).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your parcel has been lost then you would need to contact our Courier Royal Mail. .You can claim compensation with the Courier if not received by the 10th working day with the reference provided by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for exchange purposes, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
